Grants Programs: Pierce's Disease Research Program

Format for Progress Reports
Submission: By March 13, 2007

For research projects allocated two years of funding beginning fiscal year 2006-07 by the UC Pierce's Disease Research Grants Program or the CDFA PD/GWSS Board.

Note: Progress reports should not exceed 8 pages in length, including all figures, references, and attachments. Use 12-point Times New Roman font, 1" margins. Prepare reports as PDF or Microsoft Word (doc files) for submitting to the www.pdgrants.ucdavis.edu Web site.

I. PROJECT TITLE

II. PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATORS AND COOPERATORS

III. LIST OF OBJECTIVES AND DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED TO ACCOMPLISH EACH OBJECTIVE

IV. SUMMARY OF MAJOR RESEARCH ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND RESULTS FOR EACH OBJECTIVE

V. PUBLICATIONS OR REPORTS RESULTING FROM THE PROJECT

VI. PRESENTATIONS ON RESEARCH
Include a list of presentations (meeting name, date) in which the information developed by this research was presented.

VII. RESEARCH RELEVANCE STATEMENT
Describe how this research contributes towards solving the pd/gwss problem in California.

VIII. LAY SUMMARY OF CURRENT YEAR'S RESULTS
In 500 words or less, provide a concise summary in layman’s terms of the specific accomplishments of the research project during the past funded year.

X. SUMMARY AND STATUS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PRODUCED DURING THIS RESEARCH PROJECT

Submission: By March 13, 2007, submit reports online www.pdgrants.ucdavis.edu.

  • Log in using your e-mail address and the password from when you submitted your proposal, or as indicated in an e-mail creating your account (on the log in screen there is provision for forgotten passwords).
  • After logging in, click on the Project ID of the funded proposal for which you’re submitting a progress report.
  • On the next screen, under “Documents,” click on “Add Report.”
  • Follow the screen directions to browse for the report file on your computer and upload it.
