The second edition of Integrated Pest Management for Rice details
current research-based information from University of California
researchers, Cooperative Extension specialists, farm advisors, and
experiment station scientists. The excellent color photographs of
pests and their damage and the informative line drawings, tables, and
figures are valuable aids in the diagnosis and treatment of common
rice pests.
New Management Techniques
Following the original easy-to-read format of the first edition, the second edition of Integrated Pest Management for Rice, was extensively revised by the Statewide Integrated Pest Management Project to incorporate information on new management techniques,
changing legislation, and new treatment materials.
